Our health insurance covers outpatient visits, inpatient care, specialist consultations, diagnostic tests, emergency services, ambulance transport, maternity care, and surgical procedures. The specific limits vary by plan (Deluxe, Deluxe Plus, or Super Deluxe).
The life insurance provides financial protection for your beneficiaries in case of death or permanent disability. Coverage ranges from GH₵ 30,000 to GH₵ 80,000 depending on your chosen plan. It also includes end-of-life benefits to support funeral expenses.
Yes! You can add dependents to your policy, including spouse, children, and parents. We offer family discounts of up to 12.5% when you cover multiple family members under one plan.
Pre-existing conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You must declare all existing health conditions during the application process. Some conditions may have waiting periods or exclusions, which will be clearly communicated during approval.
Your family can access a wide network of accredited hospitals and clinics across Ghana. We work with both Hollard Life Insurance and ACE Medical Insurance provider networks. A complete list of facilities will be provided upon enrollment.

If you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and haven't made any claims, you're eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining coverage period.
Yes, you can change your plan at renewal time. Mid-term upgrades are allowed with payment of the difference, but downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal period.
All premiums are displayed in USD for convenience of our diaspora clients. However, benefit payments (health cover and life cover) will be paid in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of accessing the service. This ensures your family receives the appropriate coverage based on local healthcare costs in Ghana.
